Huge!
That’s been our expression this weekend. It’s been a productive weekend & we’re finishing up quite a few projects that seem like milestones and are “huge” to us. The radiant floor got hooked up on Friday (and it works!), we plumbed in the drain for the kitchen sink and dishwasher, framed in the new coat closet and now we’re working on framing in the 1/2 bath. We’ll post pictures this week, but just wanted to give a quick update. HUGE!

That’s great, you’ll be toasty warm all winter. We’re planning to replace our furnace in the next couple of weeks. We have oil right now, and I don’t want to even think of how much the tank would be to fill with the current price of oil, probably close to $1000.

Hiya Nick and Trissa,
I’ll be sure to watch the cam tomorrow night. I just spent the day figuring out my rental property taxes…never too early to start! I was just at the propety the other day and the only plans I have for it is new storm windows and a door for the back porch!
Love to read about folks who are more ambitious.

SO jealous of the radiant flooring! I love the big finish on projects - makes it all worth it.
