Let the renovation begin!

Actually it already began about 4 years ago. Today however marks a new era in our renovation: we are now without a roommate! Justin, my longtime friend and roommate, moved out yesterday to a new place with less construction dust. We’ll miss him, to be sure, and we’re sure he’ll miss Trissa’s cooking. But all good things must come to an end, and Trissa and I are excited to have a new (totally empty) room in the house. The number of excuses I have for not demo’ing the first floor are dwindling fast…
