Weekly Poll - May 30th, 2005
I’m almost too exhausted to write this weeks poll. Too much time working on the house this weekend. Actually, a lot of time, but I’d be happy if the weekend kept on going.
Most people in last week’s poll chose what I intended to be the most expensive item, the Nipper / cutting pliers. We paid about $17 for ours. The next most expensive is probably the cement board; last week’s Lowes flyer listed it for about $5.50. Of course, your mileage will vary as prices fluctuate from market to market.
This week’s poll question comes from Heather over at 1929 Bungalow. How much time do you spend working on your home renovation?

I know the feeling of wanting the weekend to not end so we can get more done. Darn those day jobs for getting in the way. ;o)
But you know, if not for the day job, we couldn’t afford to do this stuff- plus if you are like me and have a “desk job”, it gives a chance to “rest”. Being at work is resting to me sometimes-which is pretty funny.

Right now I’m gung ho and working about 6 hours a day on my house. That’s pretty much the minute I walk through the door after work.

Next time, you can do a poll about how many hours a week we TALK about working on the house. ;)
