First soak in the tub

The hot water was connected last night & I couldn’t wait another night for the cold water so I tried the tub and loved it. Granted it’s a shorter tub (4 1/2 feet), but it worked great. Once the tub is heated up it holds the heat well & it has a nice slant on the back so it’s very comfortable. I hope now I can just keep some motivation to get the finishing touches complete. We need to install and paint the trim around the window and doorway, clean the aluminum on the window; scrape, sand and paint the door; and make and install towel bars/hooks, etc. Then I can post that the upstairs bathroom is truly complete. For now, I’m ecstatic that it is as complete as it is. Bring out the bubble bath!
