Midweek break

Last night Trissa and I took a short break from demolition duty and went to see the Seattle Mariners shut out the Toronto Blue Jays! Aside from spending twice on food what we did on tickets, it was lots of fun!

Before the game we did spent an hour cleaning up our jobsite. As I mentioned the other day, it had become overly dusty, and pretty unorganized. Actually, I cleaned most of the “jobsite”, and Trissa spent the time cleaning our upstairs quarters, which were also in a shambles. For us at least, this effort made a huge difference. We’re not super tidy people in the first place, and with the overhead of a construction site in our midst, it can get downright ugly. I think having it nice and clean allows us to see the progress for what it is, and not a step in the wrong direction.
